Don't choke down for distance unless contact was poor

The speaker says they do not see most golfers swinging as fast when they choke down that much, calling the five-mph clubhead-speed loss significant. They say the exception is a golfer making poor contact who chokes down and starts finding the middle of the face - that player could gain instead of lose.
