Structure speed practice into a 45-minute session
Warm up, then complete the ground-force and lag work during roughly the first 25 to 30 minutes. Add six or seven minutes of overspeed work and finish with ball-speed application; the described five-part session stays under 45 minutes and is scheduled about three days per week.
