Use a limited ball set to train speed under pressure

Set a target ball speed and allow only a small number of balls to reach it, counting the remaining attempts down after every swing. The example gives the golfer five balls to reach 205 and uses the shrinking ball count to add competition-like pressure.

Try it

  1. Five ball set to get to 205.
  2. Putting more pressure on you.
  3. You got four balls left.

Why this context matters

The 205 target is the athlete's session target; golfers should set a target appropriate to their own measured speed.
