Choose the wedge finish before making the swing

The instructor applies the phrase 'begin with the end in mind' to wedge shots by deciding the intended finishing form before swinging. Different wedge distances can have different finish points, and the player gathers the rate of energy needed to reach the chosen finish rather than falling into a loose follow-through.
