Fit the driver to your golf ball, not the reverse

Choose your golf ball first, based on your scoring clubs, fitting the ball from the green back to the tee (the putter and wedges especially), then fit your driver to that ball. Don't reverse it by asking which ball suits a given driver. Practically, bring your own gamer ball to your driver fitting (or ask whether they stock it), because switching balls afterward changes the fitter's recommendation.
