Fit a broomstick putter maximum upright, size for comfort

The instructor says lie angle balanced broomstick putters are among the easiest putters to fit: the torque profile is handled by the design, so it is just lie angle balanced. The vast majority of players who try the broomstick technique want the shaft as upright as is legally possible, which takes the depth out of the arc so the face feels square. With that set, the only remaining variable is length, and length comes down to comfort.
