Speed feel: fast hands and pushing through both feet

For more distance, the speaker's main focus is using the ground by pushing through the feet harder. The speaker also focuses on making the hands fast and often pushes away with both feet. Not getting off the back foot loses a lot of speed, while pushing off both feet lets the speaker swing much faster.
