Avoid a back ball position when trying to lift a wedge shot
The instructor avoids playing the ball back and trying to lift it, which they say leads to mistiming that chunks the shot or thins it over the green. Instead they play the ball a little forward, keep their weight on their left foot with similar body motion, and open the face so they can just finish higher without feeling like they are manipulating the swing.
