Trail-side load drill for a natural backswing
An exaggerated at-home exercise to build a body-led backswing: step to your right (trail) side and let your knee move naturally inwards so the body rotates in and collapses, which loads the 'spring' of your right side. Once loaded, that side wants to unload, and it is this unloading that creates a natural backswing.

- Step to your right hand side and let your knee move naturally inwards
- Once you've collapsed it, you've loaded the spring of your right side
- Let it unload, and this unloading creates your natural backswing
Why this context matters
Taught as a deliberately exaggerated at-home feel drill, not a full swing.
