Seated chair twist to build torso rotation
A seated stretch to build the torso rotation needed for separation. Sit on the edge of a chair, upright and tall, place a golf club across your shoulders or shoulder blades (not your neck), keep your feet together and squeeze your knees together as if holding a coin between them, then rotate right and left. Gauge how far you turn (a mirror helps) and aim for at least 45 degrees.
