Do the alternating lunge opener with a core squeeze
An alternating lunge opener the instructor demonstrates from a push-up position with the shoulders straight down to the heels. You push and drive one leg to the outside of the palms, drive the hips down, then raise the hand closest to that leg toward the ceiling and follow your fingertips, before bringing the foot back and alternating sides. He says to focus on squeezing the core as you reach into the extension.
