Map toe and heel use to difficult short-game lies

The instructor describes two short-game lie responses. With the ball sitting down, the described shot pops the handle up, uses a putting-like motion, and uses the toe. In a bunker, the handle is laid down, the shot is chopped, and the heel side is used to slide the club under the ball.
