Match putter launch to green speed

In a putter fitting, the instructor calls a high launch angle less than ideal on a Tour Green and says the putter's 45-degree aluminum face bars are designed to create launch. He would change those bars to bring launch down, while saying these launch numbers can be acceptable on municipal or slower greens. For the measured example, he identifies roughly 1.5 to 2 degrees as the sweet spot.
