Move the rib faster than the arm to control the face

The instructor has the student try to move his rib faster than his arm through the hit, framing that as clubface control. He explains that losing face control is the loss of that lead-arm reduction: the lead arm catches up to the rib, and as it catches up it causes the wrist to break and the face to close.
