Turn high, not level, to plow through the ball

The speaker (crediting an Alex Elliott video) offers a feel: instead of turning level, turn high, imagining opening a window and looking around the corner, keeping the right side of the face down and the left side up for a high left pec. He says most people turn level, and turning high lets you hit it harder, pick up speed and distance especially for senior golfers, plow through the ball, and take the left side out of the course. He notes it is transferable straight to the course.
