Aim for about three degrees of dynamic putter loft
Dynamic loft is the combination of the putter's built-in loft and your forward shaft lean, and the fitter likes to see it around three degrees. Forward shaft lean de-lofts the putter, so a putter with three degrees of loft could end up near zero dynamic loft, which risks driving the ball down into the turf.
