Cue the glute bridge three ways for pelvis control

The instructor describes three ways to cue a glute bridge, done with feet on the ground at about 90 degrees: hands on the glutes while heel-pressing down to extend the hips up, hands straight out with fingertips on the thighs so the hips stay in good alignment as you extend up, or hands at the bottom of the ribs trying to get the glutes higher than the hands. He suggests sets of eight repetitions, two or three sets, roughly every other day.
