Bow the wrist before the backswing
Craig's backswing drill starts by picking up the wrist angles and presetting the golf club. He deliberately bows the wrist, takes it to the top, and has the golfer look back and feel where the lead and trail wrists are. He says getting wrist alignments, arms connected, and the left shoulder down is the best and most effective way for many golfers to hit the ball.
