Do kneeling lat rolls to mobilize the thoracic spine

A kneeling mobility exercise. With the knees pushed out quite wide, you place a hand in front with enough room to pop the hands underneath, then drop the shoulder toward the ground and reach as far as you can; to add more you raise the arm and rotate, following your eyes to the fingertips, then back up. The instructor says you feel the torsion through the spine and a pull through the lat, and the wider the hips the more the hip flexors open.
