Don't over-loft a driver if you add loft at impact
People might assume a 20 handicap should use a 10.5-degree head, but the instructor says that would be a nightmare for Sam because Sam adds a ton of loft through impact: give him a high-lofted driver and he will just add more loft. Instead they fitted an 8.5-degree head closed down to play 9.5 degrees.
