Use dispersion as the shaft tiebreaker

When smash, ball speed, carry, and stopping power were similar across shafts, the fitter used dispersion as the tiebreaker. He preferred the setup that kept the landing zone closer to center and removed pulls or excessive fade, because the player would know where the ball was going even if distance was unchanged.
