Feel a direct high-five to stop chopping
The coach uses a high-five image to describe a direct, powerful motion. He says a high-five while standing up straight (and bent into golf posture) is direct and powerful, whereas chopping is like trying to high-five yourself sideways, which he says is difficult and lacks power. He estimates the sideways/chopping motion gives up more than 50% of the power you could have.
