Left-foot-forward anchor for hang-back and power
A variation of the feet-together arms-and-hands drill for golfers who hang back or spin out. Do the same drill but with the left foot in front of the right foot, standing on your right toe, so the left leg becomes an anchor for the same arm-and-hand speed. The instructor adds a power feel: at the top, as you get ready to swing the arms and hands fast, add a little flex into the lead (left) knee and then push up out of the ground - which she calls a very powerful feel.
