Set trail shoulder lower to hit up on the driver
The instructor's power leak was shoulders too level, which got him coming down on the ball, and any excess downward angle reduces power. To fix it he sets up more behind the ball so the trail shoulder sits lower than the lead shoulder. He builds it into his routine: place the trail hand on the back of the trail leg, then slide it down to just above the knee and bring it in, which sets the tilt.
