Imagine tossing a sandbag to add swing momentum
The instructor found he had become static, 'too much of a statue,' which killed the momentum he needed for speed. Relaying James's fix, he adds a trigger by imagining he is holding a heavy sandbag and tossing it out to the side, which turns him into his trail leg and creates momentum at the start of the swing.
