Use a sidearm rock skip to understand wrist speed

A sidearm rock-skip motion provides the sequence: take the arm and shoulder back as the torso closes, rotate the torso forward while the arm stays bent, then straighten the arm and release the wrist. The motion shows where the wrist extends and releases and how the hand's longest lever produces speed.
