Stop the handle instead of pulling the hands left
For an average golfer, simply trying to move the hands left can become an across-the-body pull and a chicken wing. The coach says to lever the club back, bring the butt end inside the lead leg, and feel the butt stop so the lead wrist can unlever and release the lag. He adds that the lead forearm must rotate and then unrotate rather than continuing to pull across.
