Sequence the downswing from the ground up
The instructor explains that effortless power comes from swinging in the correct order rather than from raw effort. The sequence starts from the ground: feet first, then the torso, then the arms, then the hands releasing the club. He compares it to throwing a ball — throwing with just the arm is weak, but starting from the ground and letting each part follow in order produces long, effortless-looking distance.
