Point the club's butt end at an outside tee to turn
The instructor sets an extra tee on the ground about a foot outside the golf ball as a reference. When loading the lower pressure point, the goal is for the butt end of the club to point at that tee. He says this gives room to turn, the clubhead is already lower, and there is no need to tilt back.
