The speaker uses a whistle/whoosh sound as a feedback cue for driver speed: the quick sound should happen in the post-impact section after the ball has passed, not before it. If you don't have the technique to throw (release) the club, you can't make the sound, and the louder the sound the stronger the throwing power.
