Table leg-up stretch: twist with a straight back
A stretch done using a table or chair. Put your left leg up on it and straighten your back, make your arms into a T shape, then slowly twist while keeping your back as straight as possible. Bend your left foot outwards and hold your balance for a count of three, without bouncing.
