The fitter evaluates a six-iron by how it stops, not carry alone. A 192-yard shot that took 23 yards to stop and landed at 40 degrees missed his TrackMan targets of 10-12 yards to stop and a 47-48 degree land angle. He says carry can come down while those other numbers improve.
