Clamp your grip to 10, then relax it to 0-1

The coaches' grip-pressure method: first clamp and mold your hands (which they call 'the claws') onto the club by squeezing at a 10 out of 10 on a one-to-ten scale, then reduce the pressure to a 0-1 for the swing. Because the club is already seated in your grip and 'not going anywhere,' you don't have to keep squeezing it during the swing to keep it from falling out.
