Load the trail glute and heel, not the front pocket
The instructor describes how loading works in the golf swing: we load the trail side and have to pressure-shift onto the lead side before the club drops. He says it transfers to the trail hip and trail glute, making sure the trail foot is loaded correctly and a little more posteriorly, so more heel-based and more gluteal. He frames it as getting loaded in the back pocket, not the front pocket.
