Choose training aids that give feedback, not ones that force
The speaker, who says he is a fan of training aids and drills, argues that the least effective training aids are the ones that force you, by their nature, to do a new movement pattern. He says it is always better to use a training aid that gives you feedback when you do something wrong than one that forces you to do it correctly.
