Drop the trail foot back to feel the downswing

Craig Hanson's drill for the downswing move: take your stance and drop the trail (right) foot back, lifting the heel to get pressure on the inside of the trail foot. Keep the lead (left) leg solid and even a little bit bent as you move through the ball, and don't straighten the lead leg too early, which he calls a death move. He says it gives really solid contact and helps prevent over-drawing and over-flipping, often producing a couple of fades.
