Put a ball behind you and keep the chest facing it
For a golfer who spins out, seen as thin shots pushed right, a flippy release at the bottom, or an over-the-top feeling, the coach's fix is to put a ball back behind and rehearse feeling the chest stay facing it as the hands and hips open up. He presents this as the easiest way to feel the disassociation between the two.
