Hit the 90/45/half backswing turn ratio
The instructor gives a textbook backswing turn ratio: about a 90-degree shoulder turn, a 45-degree hip turn, and about half of that turn again in the knees. She says hitting these positions puts you in a good position at the top of the backswing.
