Step as you swing to find your tempo
The instructor teaches a rhythm and tempo drill: let your feet be your guide by walking at a one-two count and doing that while you swing, so the stepping governs the swing's speed. If you swing too fast, there will be no matchup between the step and the swing. He suggests using it as a practice swing before a shot, and says hitting golf balls this way will improve the rhythm of your swing.
