Feel the ball stay on the face two feet through the putt
The coach's feel for a good putting stroke is that the ball stays stuck to the putter face through the first two feet before it starts to break. He recounts that his mentor Todd Stones wanted to see the ball still on the face through the first two feet as he stroked through it, and it became something he looks for in a stroke.
