Test every impact checkpoint from memory
The instructor says a golfer who has learned a swing should be able to show every position and know where the arms, body, legs, and pelvis belong. At impact he checks knee flex, weight on the lead foot, lead-foot rotation, a realigned lead arm, and a bent trail arm before extending the arms into position five.
