Weight shift versus pressure shift explained
The coach distinguishes a weight shift from a pressure shift: a weight shift is the mass of the body moving back or forward, which moves the swing circle, while a pressure shift is pressure into a leg (for example the right leg) with the weight staying forward, which keeps the circle intact. He notes that when golfers say 'weight shift' they often actually mean pressure.
