Turn shoulders on your spine angle
The Saguto Golf coach contrasts a shoulder turn that stays 90 degrees to the spine with a level turn that comes out of posture. In his old swing, the shoulders level out, the club goes high, and the relationship to the ball is gone. He says the lifted club goes straight back down into the ground, producing a steep, weak approach instead of approaching from the better path.
