Fight fire with fire: hit your opposite miss
The speaker describes a practice method he calls 'fight fire with fire': intentionally hitting the opposite of your miss. If you draw the ball he hits slices; if he is struggling with a hook he tries to hit a big fade — not to use those shots on the course, but because doing the exact opposite of your fault helps neutralize the inherent fault and swing path.
