Understand static vs dynamic lie angle

The fitter defines lie angle and separates static lie (the club's angle at address) from dynamic lie (the angle when you actually strike the ball); a six-iron sits around 62 degrees and is designed to be soled flat to the ground. He measures this golfer's dynamic lie at 68 to 69.5 degrees - hitting toe-down - and explains that when the toe digs in first, the face plays open and the loft sends the ball up and out to the right.
