Hit a higher chip: open the face, then re-grip

To hit a higher chip, the guest opens the clubface first and then takes his grip, rather than gripping a square face. With the face open it points more right, so he aims himself a little more left. He also goes to a slightly wider stance to stay stable and keep his balance, since hitting higher brings more length into the swing, and plays it with soft hands, a little further back, and really smooth.
