Rotate the palms from impact to post-impact
From the impact position, keep the outside of the lead arm from moving forward and rotate it over until the trail palm is on top and the lead palm is underneath. Then leave the lead hand stationary and move the trail hand outward to rehearse how the hands and arms work through the rest of the swing.
