When wind starts to matter on putts
A rule of thumb for wind on the greens: once it's blowing about seven miles an hour, with the flag up and waving at medium speed, you have to start accounting for wind because it will change the putt. By 20 miles an hour balls can even break uphill and all bets are off. In gusting wind, the speaker says do your best to putt when it isn't gusting.
