Set up over the anchor point so you don't re-post going down

The coach describes turning around a fixed point his own coach called the 'anchor point.' Because he is already there at address, he doesn't have to post back up on the way down and can just push off and rotate. He says players who leave that point have to find it again in the downswing, and the time spent posting up gets the body facing the ball too long.
