Rotate to a stable point, not as hard as you can
The instructor says a common mistake is thinking you must rotate as hard as possible. Instead he advises rotating only to a point where the lead side stabilizes - what he calls a braking system - so the club can accelerate and do the work. Stability in the lead side, not maximum rotation, is what he says lets the clubhead speed up.
